Infant Jesus Association Inaugurated at St Theresa Church, Paldane
Mangaluru: A new children’s organisation, ‘Infant Jesus Association’, was inaugurated at St Theresa Church, Paldane, Mangaluru.
The association was inaugurated by the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Richard Aloysius Coelho, who garlanded the statue of the Infant Jesus. Addressing the gathering, he said that the Infant Jesus is a model for all children. He noted that Jesus, during His childhood, lovingly assisted His foster father, St. Joseph, in his work and was always obedient to Mother Mary. He encouraged the children to imbibe the virtues of the Infant Jesus in their daily lives.
Present on the occasion were Sr. Vibha, Convener of the Bal Yesu Sangha; Assistant Priest Rev. Fr. Joseph Coelho; Vice President Elias Fernandes; Secretary Roshan Monteiro; All Commissions Coordinator William Lobo; Veena D’Mello; William D’Mello; and parishioners.
