St Agnes College Organises Campus Placement Drive 2026 for MBA and MCA Students
Mangaluru, July 24: The Placement & Career Guidance Cell of St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, in association with the Magic Bus India Foundation, organised Campus Placement Drive 2026 for final-year MBA and MCA students on July 24.
The programme began with an inaugural ceremony attended by Sr. Dr. M. Venissa A.C., Principal; Sr. Dr. M. Vinora A.C., PG Coordinator; Mr. Nikhil Teja, Livelihood Officer, Magic Bus India Foundation; Mr. Bassappa Khyadad, Placement Officer, Magic Bus India Foundation; and Ms. Deeksha, Placement Coordinator, St Agnes College. The dignitaries were welcomed with floral greetings, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
In her presidential address, Sr. Dr. M. Venissa A.C. encouraged students to make the most of the opportunities offered through the placement drive. She stressed the importance of professionalism, confidence, adaptability, and lifelong learning in today’s competitive job market. She also appreciated the continued collaboration with the Magic Bus India Foundation in enhancing students’ employability and career readiness.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Nikhil Teja motivated students to approach the recruitment process with confidence and determination. He highlighted the importance of employability skills, effective communication, a positive attitude, and continuous self-improvement for building successful careers.
Representatives from the participating companies shared insights into industry expectations, workplace culture, and recruitment processes, encouraging students to demonstrate their skills and professionalism throughout the selection process.
The placement drive witnessed the participation of 11 reputed companies, including Muthoot Finance, Glow Logics, K12 Techno Services, Winman, EZY Ventures, BioQubiit Autozen, Hi-Centrix Placement Services, Magic Bus India Foundation, Iscon Excers, and Reculto. The recruiters offered career opportunities across finance, technology, software development, customer support, recruitment, business operations, and allied sectors.
The inaugural ceremony concluded with the formal declaration of Campus Placement Drive 2026 as open, marking the beginning of a day dedicated to career opportunities, professional growth, and industry-academia collaboration. The event reaffirmed St Agnes College’s commitment to preparing students for successful professional careers through meaningful engagement with leading employers.
