Aloysian Youth ICON Awards – 2026 Held by St Aloysius College Alumni Association

The St Aloysius College Alumni Association (SACAA) has been a strong pillar of support to the institution and a catalyst in its continued progress. After successfully instituting the “Eminent Aloysian Awards” to honour distinguished alumni, SACAA launched the “Aloysian Youth ICON” Award in 2023 to recognise young achievers who have carved a niche for themselves in diverse fields and to inspire students through their exemplary journeys.
The Aloysian Youth ICON – 2026 programme was successfully conducted on Monday, 16 February 2026 at 3:00 PM at L F Rasquinha Hall, LCRI Block, St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru. Capt. Patrick Pais, Convener of Youth Icon 2026, was also present on the dais. The dignitaries included Rev. Fr Melwin Pinto SJ, Rector of St Aloysius Institutions; Rev. Dr Praveen Martis SJ, Vice Chancellor of St Aloysius (Deemed to be University); Anil Kumar, President of SACAA; Conrad Nazareth, Secretary of SACAA; and Fr Clifford, Principal of St Aloysius PU College.

The award recognises young alumni who have demonstrated professional excellence, upheld institutional core values, and made meaningful contributions to society. The programme stood as a celebration of youthful achievement and served as a powerful inspiration to students, reaffirming that true success lies not only in personal distinction but also in responsible leadership and service to the community.
