Paldane Church Felicitates Rayan Marshal Noronha on Election as ICYM Central Vice President

Mangaluru: Rayan Marshal Noronha of Mother Teresa Ward, St. Theresa Church, Paldane, was felicitated by the parish following his election as Vice President of the ICYM Central Committee of the Diocese of Mangalore.

Speaking on the occasion, Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Richard Aloysius Coelho congratulated Rayan on his achievement. He noted that the ICYM Central Committee represents youth organisations from 225 parishes across the Diocese of Mangalore, and said that Rayan’s election with a majority mandate had brought honour and pride to St. Theresa Church. He wished him success in his new role and expressed confidence that he would serve the youth of the diocese effectively.

As a mark of appreciation, Rayan Marshal Noronha was honoured with a shawl, a bouquet, and a sapling as a memento.

Also present at the felicitation programme were Assistant Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Joseph Coelho, Vice President Elias Fernandes, Secretary Roshan Monteiro, and Coordinator of All Commissions William Lobo.
