Astitva (R), Mangaluru to Host Two-Day Soulful Musical Serenade at St Aloysius (Deemed to be University)

Mangaluru: Astitva (R), Mangaluru, in association with Ranga Adhyayana Kendra, the Kannada Department, and the School of Languages and Cultural Studies of St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), is set to present a two-day musical series titled “Suron Ki Mehfil” and “Mysterium.”

The performances will be held at the serene Mother Theresa Peace Park at 6:30 PM on February 19 and 20, 2026.

Curated as a gentle and harmonious musical experience, the event aims to invite audiences to rediscover inner calm through the power of melody. The evenings are thoughtfully designed as a peaceful retreat for the community, blending soulful music with reflective ambience.

February 19: Suron Ki Mehfil

(Echoes of Indian Classical Music)
The series opens with a recital by Keerthan Naiga, a distinguished student of St Aloysius (Deemed to be University) and an accomplished professional vocalist. The evening will celebrate the timeless beauty and depth of Indian Classical music, promising a resonant and immersive experience for connoisseurs and casual listeners alike.

February 20: Mysterium

(A Fusion of Music and Drama)
The second evening will feature Jason Lobo, a young and soulful singer-composer renowned in the world of Konkani music. A trained classical vocalist, Jason is celebrated for blending rich poetry with evocative melodies. Accompanied by his talented team, known for delivering soothing and reflective performances, he will present an engaging fusion of music and drama.
