Golden Girl Jesnia Correa Strikes Gold Again at CBSE National Skating Championship 2025
Mangaluru:Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru, proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Grade IX student Jesnia Correa, who has once again secured a gold medal at the CBSE National Skating Championship 2025.
Displaying exceptional speed, agility, and focus, Jesnia dominated the 500m rink race in the Under-17 category, held at HSV Global School, Gurgaon, Haryana, from November 10 to 15, 2025. Her powerful performance placed her far ahead of her competitors, earning her top honours and bringing immense pride to the school, her parents, and her mentors.
This victory marks yet another shining milestone in Jesnia’s impressive skating journey. Over the years, she has steadily risen through district, state, and national competitions, consistently demonstrating talent, grit, and discipline. Her latest triumph stands as a motivating inspiration for young sportspersons striving for excellence.
Jesnia’s parents, Jerome and Pritha Correa of Bejai, continue to be her strongest pillars of support, encouraging her to chase her dreams fearlessly. She trains at the Hi Flyers Skating Club, Skate City, Ashoknagar, under the expert guidance of coaches Mr. Mohan, Mr. Prateek Raja, Mr. Ramanand, and Mr. Kumar.
